Human Growth and Development: Contemplative View
An exploration of human experience and psychological development throughout the trajectory of a lifespan. Topics include impact of key events, life stages, human nature, biopsychosocial needs, and the feminist views on relational development. Seminal theories of Western psychology are explored and critiqued through a multicultural lens and the contemplative view of human development is considered through Buddhist teachings on the development of ego and interdependence.Course Number: CNSC620
