Psychology of Meditation I: Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness, the ability to be fully present, is essential for the skillful counselor. This course introduces the practice of mindful breathing (shamatha-vipashyana) sitting meditation drawn from the Buddhist tradition as a means of developing moment-to-moment awareness.
